As a Channel Sales Manager at Atrust,you will be responsible for managing and developing our channel partnerships in the US and Canada. It is a critical step for Atrust to grow the North Americas Market. You will work closely with Atrust HQ team in Taiwan to promote and sell Atrust’s solutions, build channel partnership, and achieve sales targets.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and build-up the channel partners, including value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators (SIs), and Managed Services and Solution Providers
- Drive partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement activities to ensure partners have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell our solutions
- Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans, set sales targets, and develop go-to-market strategies and provide regular reports to management
- Develop channel-specific marketing programs, campaigns, and promotions
- Support partners in their marketing initiatives by providing marketing collateral, sales tools, and campaign materials
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans
- Provide product training, sales presentations, and demonstrations to partners and end customers
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and competitive strategies
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, partner conferences, and other initiatives to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and expand the partner network
- Work closely with Atrust HQ teams, including sales, product management, and technical support, to ensure seamless execution of channel strategies and customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback and insights from the market to help shape product development and enhance our competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with more than 8 years of proven experience as a Channel Sales Manager or similar role in the IT industry, preferably with expertise in VDI technologies
- Strong knowledge of the channel and IT market, including key players, customer needs, competitors, and market trends
- Demonstrated track record of driving channel sales growth, achieving revenue targets, and managing partner relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and without supervision, take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
